Group Discounts

Group discounts are for 10 or more people touring together who make reservations a minimum of one week prior to their visit.

• Out & About Tours can accommodate groups of 10 to 75 on one bus.
• Groups must book at least 2 weeks in advance.
• Group discounts may not be available during special events.
• A non-refundable deposit is required at time of confirmation. Final payment for Group Discount must be paid in full 14 days in advance of tour.

Group Cancellation Policy

We want to make your experience with us enjoyable. Please make sure to read the following information prior to booking.

Group Cancellation / Refund Policy:
Full refund without deposit with written email notification to cancellations@outandabout-tours.com, more than 14 days notice prior to tour departure time for all groups.

50% refund with written email notification to cancellations@outandabout-tours.com, less than 14 days notice prior to tour departure time for all groups.

Refunds will not be given within 1 week prior to scheduled tour departure 
time for all groups. Sorry, NO Exceptions!

All Group refunds, cancellations, and / or changes maybe subject to a $100.00 
processing fee.

Out & About Tours reserves the right to cancel or reroute any tour due to acts of nature, tour route conditions, insufficient number of participants or unforeseen circumstances that would hinder our ability to run a successful, safe and enjoyable tour. If Out & About Tours is unable to provide you with another tour that is satisfactory, all moneys paid will be refunded and shall constitute full settlement with you. Out & About Tours is not responsible for any additional expenses that may be incurred by a guest in relation to a cancelled tour including costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, sickness and non-refundable air tickets and/or any penalties associated with such tickets.
